Personal Training is more than just an appointment. It’s a mutual goal driven by accountability and hard work.
We strive to get our clients in the best shape they have ever been, and provide an exceptional experience while doing so.

During your 1 hour appointment, your coach will give you an overview of what is to be expected and goals to hit during your session so every workout is a successful one.

WHAT TO EXPECT

The first expectation when assessing any training facility is their results and their trainers dedication to getting those results. At EPT our coaches are motivated by getting their clients exactly what they signed up for.

Typically these results can vary from having more energy to changing the way they move, look and feel on a day to day basis. No matter the goal, our team have specific training methods to deliver those results time and time again.

Strength Training

Strength is the key driver to all muscular processes in the body. If we continue to get strong, we continue to feel our best and perform our best. This is mandatory as we age and try to prevent any decline in muscle loss. This also strengthens our neural pathways increasing a drive in mental focus and clarity.

Body Composition Training

Obtaining a healthy body composition is the key link to having more energy, an increase in metabolism, better sleep and more resilience to stress. We do this by decreasing how much fat mass you carry and increasing how much muscle tissue to have.

General Health & Mobility

Moving with purpose and ultimately focusing on your mobility has a host of game changing benefits. This includes better proprioception to exercises and an increase in cardiovascular health.
