We are accepting new clients, simply click on “book consultation” and a team member will contact you with the next available time.

The Prep system is part of our consultation, this involves a strategy session going over your goals, bodyfat and muscle balance testing to determine which specific approach is best for you moving forward

No, We do not have any memberships as EPT is a personal training facility by appointment only.

We have a maximum of (4) 1 on 1 personal training sessions occurring at the same time.

The only trial session would be our consultation, this is a great way we can test, assess and educate you on what you need to do to achieve your goals.
Yes, we have bathrooms and a shower that includes towel service, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, hair dryer and other amenities.
