Our jobs as coaches are to provide our clients with the tools to stay accountable when they aren’t with us at the facility. This includes program access to nutritional diary compliance and more.

CONSULTATION

Our 1 hour consultation allows us to understand your training needs and take a deep dive into your specific goals. We then road map a clear direction that fits your lifestyle and schedule.

We always recommend wearing gym attire for all consultations. We do undergo 20 minutes of physical testing before going into your road map overview.
We also welcome brining anything you feel is relivant to your consult.
EXCLUSIVE PERSONAL TRAINING

All Personal Training sessions are 1 hour in duration.

At EPT your goals are important to ALL trainers in the facility. Unlike most places, every coach knows every clients name. We also offer a coach sharing initiative, to those who work great with multiple PT’s and Personalities.
OFFSITE FITNESS CONSULTING

We offer coaching consultation services to business’ that want ideas on how to implement a greater culture and work life balance around health and fitness. This also includes hosting corporate workshops.

We have an excellent team of coaches directly involved in online and offsite coaching. This includes mixing in-house sessions and offsite program accountability. Perfect for FIFO workers.
